The Expander System replaces a conventional straight pin with a tapered pin, slotted expansion sleeves, tension washers and fasteners. Tightening expands the sleeves to match both pivot lug bores, including worn profiles.

How it works
Lock both sides of the pivot
Tapered ends and slotted sleeves create a pressure-distributed fit without line boring the lugs for a new oversized pin.
Drive the sleeves
Tightening the end fasteners pulls the slotted sleeves over the tapered pin ends.
Match the bores
The sleeves expand independently to follow the shape of each lug hole.
Remove pivot play
The expanded fit locks the pin at both sides and addresses the movement that accelerates lug wear.
